Refund Policy

This policy covers the one-time enrollment fee for ByteStackOne programs (the Industry-Integrated Internship Program and Ship 12) and purchases of self-paced courses.

Program enrollment fee

The enrollment fee is refundable within 7 calendar days of payment, provided you have not attended any live session or accessed restricted program resources (private repositories, recordings or the cohort community). After this window — or once you have attended a session or accessed restricted resources — the fee is non-refundable.

Self-paced courses

Course purchases are refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed a substantial portion of the course content. Once significant content has been consumed, the purchase is non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email info@bytestackone.in with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Full Name]" and your payment confirmation. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Fees are non-refundable where enrollment is ended due to a violation of our code of conduct or program rules.
